Church Planting System
1. Intentional Prayer Support
        Church planters regularly have opportunities to share their prayer needs.
        Churches and individuals are recruited to pray for church planting and church planters.
        Prayer is the first source of support and power for church planting and church planters.
2. Church Planting Team Partnering Process
        The church planting team works to develop partnerships between associations, sponsoring churches, church planters, MBC and NAMB of SBC.
3. Intensive Assessment Process
        The church planting team provide an intensive assessment process to assist in determining gifts and skills of potential church planters.
4. Intensive Orientation Process
        The church planting team provides an introduction to critical skills needed to plant a healthy church.
        The church planter is introduced and encouraged in connecting with other church planters.
        The church planting team works to connect experienced pastors and church planters as mentors for new church planters.

Already Planting
1. On-going Equipping and Training
        Practical equipping and training seminars bring church planters together for continued learning, implementation, and networking together are offered in each region and statewide.
        Trained and experienced directors of missions, church planting strategists, and pastors meet regularly in one-on-one or in small groups to provide church planters a monthly system of accountability and support in development.

2. Resourcing
        Partners in church planting are essential.  Existing churches covenant to provide church planters with support and accountability.  The MBC church planting team, Baptist Associations,, and NAMB cooperate to provide assistance with funds, demographic, and cultural information.
