Welcome

John Calvin McCoy, the son of a Baptist Missionary to the Indians, built a two-story log cabin trading post and called the town Westport.  John wanted the name to indicate that this was the westernmost point of entry to the new frontier.

Just as Westport and Kansas City served as the westernmost port of entry to those seeking a new life on the frontier, Kansas City Church Planting seeks through contextualized-indigenous church planting to be the port of entry to those seeking a new spiritual life in Jesus.

1 Cor. 9:22b (HCSB) I have become all things to all people, so that I may by all means save some.
